What are your prices?

Our prices are subject to quantity, but we confirm high cost-performance which means you can get high quality products with very reasonable price.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

No.

Can you supply the relevant documentation?

Yes, we can provide most documentation including Certificates of Analysis / Conformance; Insurance; Origin, and other export documents where required.

What is the average lead time?

Normally we have all standard products in stock which can be sent right upon your request. For items out of stock, average lead time 2~5 weeks (depends on particularity and quantity).

What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

You can make payment to our bank account within 30 days after receipt.

What is the product warranty?

Most of our products have at least 18 months guarantee. In warranty or not, it is the culture of our company to address and resolve all customers’ issues.

Do you guarantee safe and secure delivery of products?

Yes, we always use high quality export packaging. We have enough experience of packaging fragile items transported worldwide.

How about the shipping fees?

Shipping fee should be paid by the buyer. We pay for the returned goods or replacement.
